Serve as the key liaison between clients, product teams, mid-level management, technical teams, and QA teams.
Understand and define client requirements to ensure alignment with project goals.
Assist in developing project plans, including scopes, objectives, schedules, budgets, and deliverables, while maintaining thorough project documentation.
Monitor project progress to ensure high-quality delivery within agreed timelines and scope.
Effectively manage and process change requests.
Identify potential risks and provide actionable solutions to management and stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with user needs.
Assign tasks and responsibilities, fostering effective team collaboration.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in a technology-driven environment, including at least 2 years specializing in Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile).
Familiarity with Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
A strong analytical mindset with a focus on statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making.
PMP certification is mandatory.
